Dr. Alex Krasny is a Medical Director at Premier and is a board-certified, fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologist with extensive experience in both orthopedic and neurologic imaging. Dr. Krasny has worked closely with numerous orthopedic practices in the Chicago-land area and is a well-respected and sought after musculoskeletal radiologist. His professional interests include the imaging of sports-related injuries and MR arthrography. Dr. Krasny completed his radiology residency at the University of Illinois-Chicago and fellowship at Northwestern University.
Dr. Greg Goldstein is a Medical Director at Premier and a board-certified, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist with extensive experience in both orthopedic and neurologic imaging. In addition to founding MetisMD, Dr. Goldstein served as medical director of multiple radiology imaging facilities and has held high-level positions in hospital radiology departments. He completed his radiology residency training at the University of Illinois and then continued to a fellowship through Northwestern University. Dr. Goldstein has been in private practice since 2001 and currently resides in Chicago with his wife and two children.
Dr. Zlatkin is Premier’s Director of Medical Education, renowned for his lectures to radiologists and orthopedic surgeons. He has published extensively in musculoskeletal MRI, including “MRI of the Shoulder” and “Clinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging,” along with over 100 peer-reviewed articles.
Before co-founding NationalRad in 1999, Dr. Zlatkin was the director of MRI and Musculoskeletal Radiology at Radiology Associates of Hollywood and the Memorial Healthcare System in Florida, as well as the director of sports medicine imaging at HealthSouth Doctors Hospital. He also served as an assistant professor of radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Shea serves as the Chief of Neuroradiology at Premier, bringing extensive expertise as an attending neuroradiologist and teleradiology provider. Prior to joining NationalRad, now part of Premier, in 2022, Dr. Shea provided radiology services at Jefferson Radiology, served as an attending neuroradiologist at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, and delivered teleradiology services for Spectrum Healthcare Partners Radiology.
A four-time recipient of the Fredrick Conard Class Award for academic achievement, Dr. Shea is an active member of the American College of Radiology, RSNA, and ARRS.
Outside of work, Dr. Shea enjoys distance running, painting, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Linda Hughes is one of Premier’s Medical Directors and a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist with over 20 years of experience. She has served as Chief of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at multiple institutions and is committed to advancing education as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and Professor at Florida International University’s School of Biomedical Engineering.
A Boston native, Dr. Hughes earned her Medical Degree from Boston University, completed her Radiology Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, as Chief Resident, and trained in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute.
Dr. Hughes specializes in cutting-edge vascular and nonvascular procedures, including uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), arterial and venous disease treatments, vertebroplasty, dialysis access management, and interventional oncology techniques like ablation and embolization.
Dr. Timothy Sanders is one of Premier’s Medical Directors and a Musculoskeletal Radiologist, recognized as a leading authority in musculoskeletal and sports medicine imaging. He has co-authored several textbooks, written numerous book chapters, and published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts. Dr. Sanders also serves as a manuscript reviewer for prestigious publications, including the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
Before joining NationalRad, now part of Premier, as Partner in 2003, Dr. Sanders had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, retiring as a colonel. He held pivotal roles, including Vice Chair of Military Radiology, Radiology Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General, and Chair of Radiology at Wilford Hall Medical Center.
Dr. Sanders has received numerous awards for his contributions and has served as a visiting professor in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
Jonathan S. Luchs, MD, FACR, is the Chief Medical Officer at Premier , specializing in Musculoskeletal Radiology and bringing decades of expertise in academic and private practice. A published researcher and lecturer, Dr. Luchs has contributed to over 30 peer-reviewed articles, co-authored a medical book, and chaired national committees for the American College of Radiology and the Society of Skeletal Radiology.
He trained at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery and has received numerous honors, including Fellowship in the American College of Radiology—an achievement held by less than 10% of radiologists nationwide. Outside of medicine, Dr. Luchs enjoys painting, drawing, and photography.
Sarah Preisser is Premier’s Chief People Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Premier, bringing over 25 years of expertise in talent strategy and management consulting. Since 2019, Sarah has supported Premier’s growth as a consultant and coach, applying her deep experience to drive organizational success.
Before her independent consulting work, Sarah spent 22 years at Accenture, where she initially focused on systems and process redesign before shifting to workforce and talent strategy.
Sarah holds a BA in English from Albion College. Sarah lives in East Lansing, Michigan with her family and enjoys running marathons.
Romina D’Andrea is the Chief Operating Officer at Premier, bringing extensive experience in driving growth across corporate and start-up environments.
Before joining Premier, Romina served as Chief Product Officer at MDLIVE, where she led product strategy and lifecycle management across healthcare platforms. She also held leadership roles in consumer-focused retail companies and began her career at Deloitte Consulting.
Romina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
Andy Copilevitz is the Chief Executive Officer of Premier, bringing extensive experience in healthcare leadership, including roles at MDLIVE, Walgreens, and Bain & Company.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematical methods in the social sciences and economics, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Andy lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his family and enjoys golfing, skiing, and supporting his favorite St. Louis sports teams.
Stephen Crumbaugh, Chief Financial Officer at Premier, brings over 20 years of leadership in healthcare services, including urgent care, primary care, surgery centers, and value-based care organizations. Previously, he led accounting at ChenMed, served as Chief Accounting Officer at Unifeye Vision Partners, and was CFO at CareNow. Earlier, he worked as an auditor with PwC.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with honors, and an MBA from Michigan State University. A Certified Public Accountant, he resides in Weston, Florida, with his family.
Jonathan S. Luchs, MD FACR, is the Chief Medical Officer of Premier Radiology Services. Dr. Luchs brought his experience in the Radiology business and his expertise in Musculoskeletal Radiology to quickly climb the ranks to become a Partner. He also promotes the Premier Radiology mission by serving as the physician liaison to the marketing and business development team.
Dr. Luchs started his Radiology career in academic medicine, teaching, doing research, and presenting at numerous national medical conferences. He was also Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology, Director of Outpatient Imaging, and the Radiology Residency Director at a hospital local to him in New York.
Dr. Luchs has published over 30 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has given more than 60 research presentations at national medical conferences. He has also given Grand Rounds at well-known institutions more than 25 times. In addition, he has published book chapters and is a co-author of a medical book on cutting costs and teaching the cost of medical imaging (Cost-Effective Diagnostic Imaging). During his career, Dr. Luchs has been an active member in the world of organized Radiology. He sat on and chaired numerous national committees for the American College of Radiology and the Society of Skeletal Radiology, with a particular interest in Socioeconomics, Imaging Appropriateness Criteria, and Imaging Standards and Guidelines.
Dr. Luchs has since left the academic world to pursue his career in the private sector and dedicate his time to patient care and business development (but he has not stopped lecturing!). He is still invited to national medical conferences such as the American Roentgen Ray society to lecture and is still an active member in organized Radiology (he holds a leadership position for the Society of Skeletal Radiology).
One of Dr. Luch’s interests in the field of Musculoskeletal Radiology is Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He trained as a fellow at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery in NY, NY. While there, his training included all modalities of musculoskeletal/orthopedic/spine images and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He brought his talent and knowledge of Musculoskeletal Imaging and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound to the medical community and helped bring it to the national stage with his research and teachings. He taught Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at a local ultrasound technologist school for several years and was an Instructor at the Society of Skeletal Radiology Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Course.
Dr. Luchs has received several awards/honors throughout his career, including being granted the position of Oral Board Examiner for the American Board of Radiology and receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Radiological Society of North America. However, the one he is most proud of is Fellowship in the American College of Radiology. This Fellowship is an honor less than 10% of all radiologists throughout the country will ever be offered throughout their career.
When Dr. Luchs is not caring for patients and fulfilling his leadership duties for Premier Radiology, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing the arts of painting, drawing, and photography.
Drew Gaudet, Chief Growth Officer at Premier, co-founded the company in 2006, driven by his passion for connecting with people and delivering patient-centered care. With years of experience in diagnostic radiology, he shapes Premier’s strategy and culture, ensuring exceptional client experiences and a patient-first approach.
Drew earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Central Florida. He and his wife, Michelle, live by the mantra “Work hard, play hard,” enjoying time with their three children—Noah, Chloe, and Ava—and exploring new destinations around the world.
