Andy Copilevitz is Premier’s CEO. He is a seasoned healthcare executive with prior experience leading telemedicine and provider led organizations. With a proven track record in healthcare leadership and a passion for driving positive change, Andy brings a strong customer focus and broad strategic perspective to our business.
Most recently Andy was the Chief Operating Officer of MDLIVE where he helped successfully scale the business through a rapid growth period. Before joining MDLIVE, Andy was an executive at Walgreens and spent much of his earlier career in management consulting at Bain & Company where he developed his passion for solving business problems to help companies achieve even greater success. Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematical methods in the social sciences and economics, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Andy and his family currently reside in the northern suburbs of Chicago. When he is not in the office, Andy can be found on a golf course, ski slope, or cheering on any of his favorite St. Louis sports teams.
Mark Stevens is Premier’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Premier, Mark served as the Vice President of Distributed Radiology for Envision Physician Services, where he led the Teleradiology Division of a $300+m radiology practice. Before Envision, Mark served as the President of the Healthcare Division at Intelemed/Horizon River Technologies, LLC (HRT), an IT Managed Services and Consulting firm; and earlier as Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Medical Radiology/USTeleradiology (QMR/UST).
Mark is from Long Island, New York, and he currently resides in Atlanta, GA. As a US Army and Law Enforcement Veteran, Mark sees his role in Radiology as an opportunity to answer the call to serve others to scale through innovation and the use of technology.
Dave Williams is Premier’s VP of Operations and Physician Services. Prior to joining Premier, Dave served as President of Rely Radiology for 10 years where annual exam volume increased from 1.8m to over 2.4m. Dave also helped the organization achieve Joint Commission Accreditation. Before Rely, Dave served as Regional General Manager of MobileXUSA Mid-Atlantic Division for over 10 years.

Jonathan S. Luchs, MD FACR, is the Chief Medical Officer of Premier Radiology Services. Dr. Luchs brought his experience in the Radiology business and his expertise in Musculoskeletal Radiology to quickly climb the ranks to become a Partner. He also promotes the Premier Radiology mission by serving as the physician liaison to the marketing and business development team.
Dr. Luchs started his Radiology career in academic medicine, teaching, doing research, and presenting at numerous national medical conferences. He was also Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology, Director of Outpatient Imaging, and the Radiology Residency Director at a hospital local to him in New York.
Dr. Luchs has published over 30 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has given more than 60 research presentations at national medical conferences. He has also given Grand Rounds at well-known institutions more than 25 times. In addition, he has published book chapters and is a co-author of a medical book on cutting costs and teaching the cost of medical imaging (Cost-Effective Diagnostic Imaging). During his career, Dr. Luchs has been an active member in the world of organized Radiology. He sat on and chaired numerous national committees for the American College of Radiology and the Society of Skeletal Radiology, with a particular interest in Socioeconomics, Imaging Appropriateness Criteria, and Imaging Standards and Guidelines.
Dr. Luchs has since left the academic world to pursue his career in the private sector and dedicate his time to patient care and business development (but he has not stopped lecturing!). He is still invited to national medical conferences such as the American Roentgen Ray society to lecture and is still an active member in organized Radiology (he holds a leadership position for the Society of Skeletal Radiology).
One of Dr. Luch’s interests in the field of Musculoskeletal Radiology is Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He trained as a fellow at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery in NY, NY. While there, his training included all modalities of musculoskeletal/orthopedic/spine images and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He brought his talent and knowledge of Musculoskeletal Imaging and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound to the medical community and helped bring it to the national stage with his research and teachings. He taught Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at a local ultrasound technologist school for several years and was an Instructor at the Society of Skeletal Radiology Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Course.
Dr. Luchs has received several awards/honors throughout his career, including being granted the position of Oral Board Examiner for the American Board of Radiology and receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Radiological Society of North America. However, the one he is most proud of is Fellowship in the American College of Radiology. This Fellowship is an honor less than 10% of all radiologists throughout the country will ever be offered throughout their career.
When Dr. Luchs is not caring for patients and fulfilling his leadership duties for Premier Radiology, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing the arts of painting, drawing, and photography.
Steve is Premier’s Chief Financial Officer. Steve has over 20 years of experience in healthcare services with executive roles in urgent care, primary care, surgery center and value-based care companies. Prior to joining Premier, Steve led the accounting function at ChenMed, LLC, the leading value-based care provider in the nation. Before ChenMed, LLC, Steve served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Unifeye Vision Partners, a practice management company affiliated with leading ophthalmology practices and earlier as the Chief Financial Officer with CareNow, one of largest operators of urgent care clinics in the country. Prior to serving in executive roles, Steve was an auditor with PwC. Steve earned his B.S. in Accounting, with honors, and his M.B.A from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve and his family currently reside in Weston, Florida
Devin Schmader brings over a decade of healthcare services expertise to his role as Director of Integration and Operations at Premier Radiology Services. With a background spanning value-based primary care, surgery centers, and various specialty group practices, Devin is adept at orchestrating seamless operational integration across diverse healthcare environments.
Prior to joining Premier Radiology Services, Devin played a pivotal role at Village Medical, a renowned value-based provider, where he managed the integration and operations of multiple acquired practices. His leadership ensured the smooth transition of acquired entities into the Village Medical ecosystem, optimizing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence.
Before his tenure at Village Medical, Devin spearheaded integration efforts at ReFocus Eye Health, a prominent operator of Ophthalmology practices in the Northeast. There, he led the successful integration of multiple practices, contributing to the organization’s growth and expansion.
Devin’s journey in healthcare management began at Inova Health System, where he held several key roles, including Acquisition & Implementation Team Lead and ASC Operations Manager. His extensive experience in project management and strategic planning played a vital role in driving operational success and facilitating organizational growth.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from James Madison University and earned his Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech. Additionally, he is a Certified Project Manager, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in leadership and operational management.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Devin enjoys pursuing his passion for fitness, unwinding on the golf course, and immersing himself in a good book. He currently resides with his family in the vibrant state of New Jersey.
Ryan Furlough is the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for Premier Radiology Services. Ryan brought his nearly two decades of experience with teleradiology services, where he has worked in Compliance, Operations, Support, and Infrastructure for both hospitals, ASP infrastructure/software vendors, and teleradiology service providers. Having grown up in a small coastal community of Eastern North Carolina, he is driven to improve access to healthcare in underserved areas through the use of technology.
Ryan worked as the Professional Services Director at RamSoft, a 25-year-old PACS/RIS Vendor, before joining Premier. Where he was responsible for the Project Management, HL7 Integrations, and Clinical Applications team; during his time there, his teams deployed the solution all over the globe.
Before that, he served as the Director of Implementation for a startup ASP company of PACS/RIS/Infrastructure services that was acquired due to its success. During his tenure, he developed a team that completed over 300 installs, created new revenue-generating services, and fully support their client 24/7. It was during this position that Premier got to meet Ryan. Moreover, during this time, he also introduced a very special radiologist to Gil and Drew.
Furthermore, as Director of Operations at USTeleradiology, where he was the sixth employee hired, he was part of the growth that took them from a regional provider of services to a national player in 24 months. During his tenure, he led the effort to achieve Joint Commission Accreditation and merged with another regional teleradiology provider.
Ryan has been active in the diagnostic imaging industry outside of work and co-authored HIMSS’s first Telemedicine RFP with the HIMSS RFP Workgroup, which can be accessed by its 23,000 members. Annual attendee to RSNA in Chicago, IL.
Ryan graduated with honors from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys fishing, BBQ the old fashion way, and working with local youth organizations in leadership and teaching positions. He hopes to share the significant impact that ‘being given a chance’ can make a difference in anyone’s life.
Drew is the Chief Executive Officer; in this role, Drew brings that “little something extra,” or the Lagniappe, as the driving force behind Premier’s strategy and culture. He is committed to providing his clients with the most comprehensive and seamless customer experience available. On any given day, he can be overheard in the office saying, “Don’t forget that every single patient is someone’s mother, brother, father, or sister.” Drew is diligent in his work, coupled with the highest level of integrity. He empowers those who work alongside him and helps guide them with one goal in mind: patients always come first.
After working in the diagnostic radiology business for several years, Drew felt something was missing from the industry. This void—along with his genuine love for making connections with people, as well as his compassion for others—led to his co-founding of Premier Radiology Services in 2006.
Drew’s greatest accomplishment in life is his family. He and his wife, Michelle, have three beautiful children: Noah, Chloe, and Ava. Drew and his family are driven by their mantra: work hard, play hard. They enjoy traveling and discovering new and interesting places around the globe. According to Drew and Michelle, there is nothing better than seeing the world through the eyes of their children.
